Cloth Diapers...giveaway

We're Still Alive!

just dropping a note to update everyone...
Jed's busy studying, preparing to take the
DAT at then end of this month.
Reid is busy telling me all the letters he sees and that 'BEMIS' spells Toilet! (it's the brand name). Lliam is busy copying reid with everything.
and I am busy babysitting!

We are sooo excited for our california trip next week (so we won't be updating until after we come back). Hope everyone is doing great and things are going well for you all!

Sucking and Talking

For Mother's Day we were out at Grandma and Grandpa Burton's. It was Father's and Son's for Grandpa and he invited Jed and the boys up to go with him (since he didn't have anymore sons at home). I got to spend the weekend with Grandma and a good friend, Kellie and her twins with dinner and a chick flick movie!

The boys had fun at the camp out but also enjoyed hanging out on the farm! Grandpa is a Momma to a baby female calf. If you stick your hand in the calf's mouth, she will suck on it like a pacifier (they have no teeth on the top). It took a bit of coaxing but we were able to get Reid to do (after that he'd always go out and do it again). Lliam wouldn't have anything to do with it!

Originally Uncle Sam wasn't going to call because he just barely went out, however, he wouldn't be able to do it for Grandpa's birthday so he called on Mother's Day! It was great listening to him and hearing about some of the things down in Mexico!

My New Hair!

Stinky Surprise!

This morning Lliam told me he was stinky and that he wanted to go potty on the toilet. he's not potty trained yet, but i figured I can clean his bum and then sit him on the toilet and try it out. Once we got into the bathroom, i realized his diaper was clean...so i put him on the toilet and he POOPED! Maybe potty training will be easy with this one too! One can only hope!

The Graduate!

I'm sure you all know by now that Jed has graduated, but I wanted to post some fun pictures of the much welcomed event!

Reid and Lliam willingly sported the school's mascot on their cheeks. They didn't touch them at all and they stayed on all weekend! Finally Saturday night I made Jed clean them off (I was giving a lesson in Reid's Sunbeam class on coming to church looking clean and being reverent...rubbing alcohol works miracles!)

He really likes the beard but i'm not too fond of it. However, I do like the goatee without the mustache, so he'll be growing that out (hopefully by the time we need to take the pictures for the schools). He also threatens to grow it all back and then shave it when he gets his first interview! What do you think he should do? Leave your answer on the comments or on the poll to the right!

Bragging Rights and Rattle Snake

I again have bragging rights because I know Jed wouldn't do this himself...but he got another 4.0 this semester! AND according to a reliable source he was the ONLY ONE in his Medical Microbiology class (there were 7 students and he was the only one without prior experience in microbiology) to get an A! Way to go babe!

Also, our landlord found a baby rattlesnake in the yard and Jed killed it...now it's in our fridge (finally done withering around) and waiting to be eaten...by Jed (I'm not touching that thing!)
