Lazy, Lazy, Lazy! Or not?
What a lazy husband! All he does is lie around all day, watched movies and play video games...buuuut, he has a good reason for it! He had his surgery on his foot. For those who don't know why, here goes the story...When he was 13 years old he tripped over a rock while ice skating. After all the gory stuff is said, he had to have surgery on his foot to get a pin in his bone to help it heal together. During the process of it all, the tendon that connects to his big toe fused short, pulling his big toe up. Recently it starting pulling his big toe sideways, causing a bunion on the side of
his foot. So the surgery was to remove the surgery and to lengthen the tendon. It was a success and with enough pain killers he is able to go back to work. Unfortunately I have to be his taxi because it all happened on his right foot!

The Color Quiz
Leona, your true color is Orange!
You're a bold, confident orange. A warm, powerful color that indicates a strong, welcoming personality, orange is the mark of people who are social and extroverted by nature. Vibrant, with an upbeat attitude, you have a bright, inviting demeanor. Energetic and fun-loving, you're a real friend-magnet. Your easy charm and unassuming manner make you the sort of person people want to meet and get to know better. Well-rounded and fun to be around, you enjoy helping others, so it's no surprise that orange also symbolizes attraction. Orange is an extraordinary color — for an extraordinary person.
Jed, your true color is Yellow!
You're yellow, the color of joy and energy — two things you definitely bring to everyone around you. It's hard for anyone to be sad or lonely in your presence; your sunny disposition and cheery outlook just won't allow it. The warmth of your personality shines through in the kindness you show friends and family (and strangers, too). Always ready with a lighthearted joke or heartfelt compliment, you know how to make people feel good about themselves, so they can't get enough of you. Yellow is a warm and inviting color for a warm and inviting person — you!

My Celebrity Look-alikes!

Merry Christmas to ME!

From Jed to me, I was able to chose a day at the spa or a make over with a new outfit. I chose the make over (wishing i could have both because a day at the spa would also give me a makeover). I got my hair cut (a bit shorter than I had wanted). I wanted an A-Line cut, not a bob. So the back is the perfect height but the front I wanted closer to my shoulders. It works though and in a couple of months once it's grown out i can visit my sis in Mesquite and get it done the right way (her cousin cuts hair and does the A-Line well, it' s also an excuse for me to go down)!
I also dyed my hair all over. It's not very noticeable. I wanted to get rid of my random blonde streaks and get it all one color. Haven't found the perfect outfit yet, but I will soon. I'm also dragging it out a bit too (Jed watches the boys while I am out BY MYSELF!!!) He's such a good husband!
Description of Christmas
Christmas was a lot of fun with the family. Leif and Melissa and Gavin were able to come, we missed De and Kat a lot but hopefully will see them soon! We did a lot together, but it was still too short.
Christmas Eve was filled with last minute shopping, cooking, wrapping presents, baking, visiting, shooting a deer (Jed got his first deer-pictures to come), cooking and playing games!
Christmas morning everyone was awake but Reid. By about 8:30 AM I figured it was time to wake him up. He was able to play 'Santa' and pass out the presents. Mostly he wanted to open all of them, but soon learned that they were not all for him!
The rest of the day brought on naps, shooting contests, playing games and more visiting. Jed had to leave the next day for work while the others went rabbit hunting with much success! We all ventured out to Utah Valley the next, ate at Bajio (leif's fav), then had to bid farewell to Leif, Melissa and Gavin.
It was great to visit with everyone and hopefully we can ALL get together again soon!
