Today is my first day of losing my baby-fat! My scale broke so I am unable to check my weight, so I'll go off of my last known weight which was 135. My goal is to get down to 115/120 when all is said and done.
I am still nursing and want to until my baby turns 1 so I will not be doing the Insanity Workout until May (it's a 2-month program). I fear that I would lose my milk too soon and she is too dependent on 'them', and well...I kinda like 'them' as well!
Here is my schedule for this week...
Monday:1 hr workout video (I have a meeting to go to so I am unable to do more)
Tuesday: Run/Jog/Walk Reid to school (he has early day today)

Wednesday: 1 hr workout video
Run/Jog/Walk Reid to school
TBWP Regimen
Thursday: 30 min Pilates
Run/Jog/Walk Reid to school
TBWP Regimen
Friday: 30 min Pilates
Run/Jog/Walk Reid to school
TBWP Regimen
Saturday: 1 hr Pilates
I also need to eat more fruits and vegetables, so my goal is to eat 2 each everyday. Less starch and NO sugar are my other goals for this week.
Please ask me how I am doing...even if it's just a comment on here...if I know people are watching then I will do better!

You go girl! I'm getting back into my old routine too. I have the hardest time eating right and exercising when I go back home to AZ. Now I'm back and ready to hit the ground running... literally. ;) You're motivating to me!
You can do it Leona! I'm SO anxious to get back into a workout schedule again! And you can bet I'll be posting my workouts and progress on my weight loss blog as soon as this baby comes because it helped a TON to have people be able to see everything! Another thing that helped me a TON was to write down EVERYTHING I ate each day. Just another way to be accountable and aware of what you are really putting into your body! Good Luck!!

Wow, when you set a goal, you light a fire under it! Good luck, and I will probably ask how you're doing on Fb... but I will be cheering for you either way! What a bunch of hotties the Burton boys married...;-)
